Chain or Train?

Every time someones says "Train/Chain of thought." I completely stop listening to whatever they are saying and start thinking "WAIT?! is it chain or train???!!" So I think i've found the answer...

The Difference Between Chain and Train of Thought.

Train of thought:
- the act of "chugging" down your one thought line.
- trying to get to a specific point that you knew you were going to from the beginning.
- used more when trying to explain something to someone else.

Chain of thought:
- like chains connecting one thought to another.
- not sure where you are heading when you start.
- used when trying to work something out for yourself.

Your welcome.
